I strive to preserve unscripted moments while alluding to deeper truths.

In a time when visual imagery is readily manipulated, my work seeks

to reclaim and showcase the unedited, raw beauty of the unscripted

narrative."

“I am still a student of this work.

The work teaches me about courage—brave enough to make a mark and humble enough to admit it was wrong.

It requires me to moderate risk-taking with restraint.

It compels me to zoom out my lens to ensure I understand the primary form before I allow the details to cloud my judgment of values.

It encourages me to draw with hesitation—forcing me to confront my arrogance, account for my ignorance, all the while compelling me to offer myself grace… because the tireless process demands an almost impossible balance.

As much of the work imprints on me as I imprint on it, and by the end of the day, I'm not sure if I'm the one drawing the work or if the work is really drawing me.”
